A restored 1784 farmhouse in the centre of La Clusaz, one hour from Geneva.
In winter it is a ski chalet of the first rank. Ski in, ski out, seven ensuite bedrooms, a pool with mountain views, and the village a short walk away. The rest of the year it is simply one of the best houses in the Aravis.
The house
One great house,
four seasons.
Two centuries of farmhouse, rebuilt for the way a group actually lives. Long tables, deep sofas around the fire, and a wellness floor below.
Winter is the obvious season. Skis on from the door, the village a short walk away, the pool looking out at the peaks, and children in the playroom while the sauna and hammam do their work. The boardroom makes it a real venue for retreats and off-sites too.

Four Aravis resorts in winter. Famous cols and a lake in summer.
Winter: La Clusaz's slopes from the door, snowshoeing in the Aravis, and tandem paragliding on skis over the valley. Summer: road cycling on the great cols, hiking, via ferrata, and Lake Annecy twenty minutes away. Tell us what your group enjoys and we arrange it.

In summer the chalet becomes something rarer: a private base for driving the French Alps.
We plan bespoke driving tours for small groups. The cols of the Aravis, long lunches, secure parking at the house, and routes matched to the cars and the drivers. It works for a group of friends, an independent car club, or a brand.
If you run an owners' club or a marque and want an Alpine base with the hard work done, talk to us. We build the tour, you bring the cars.
