The estate
Three residences,
one hillside.
The Lodge carries the seven-metre living space and the infinity pool; the Loft opens its glass walls to the forest; the Hideaway keeps one couple entirely to themselves.
Each residence has its own Finnish sauna and its own front door. A private elevator connects them all. A family gathering, a company retreat or a full sports team can share the estate without sharing their mornings. The wellness floor covers the full contrast routine: the infinity pool steaming against the snow, the cold plunge, and massage by arrangement.
It is also one of the best equipped performance retreat venues in the Nordics. Teams use it for pre-season camps and recovery weeks, in a private and controlled setting, with chef-led dining built around the training.

In winter: Ruka's slopes and 500 km of cross-country tracks, husky and reindeer safaris, snowmobiles, ice climbing and ice karting.
